I’m an interdisciplinary designer and developmental evaluator with over 15 years’ experience working across government, community, and business to create lasting social impact. My work brings together systems thinking, participatory design, and evaluation to help people and organisations navigate complexity, embed change, and improve outcomes.

I specialise in:

  • Systemic and participatory design – co-designing services, programmes, and policies that are equity-focused, trauma- and adversity-informed, and grounded in lived experience.

  • Developmental evaluation – supporting complex social change initiatives through learning-oriented, real-time evaluation approaches.

  • Systems and complexity-informed innovation – shaping strategy and implementation across health and social sectors.

  • Human-centred and service design – creating organisational, digital, and service solutions that meet real needs.

  • Governance and leadership – board experience and expertise in programme, project, and change management.

My practice is guided by compassion, evidence, and lived experience leadership—because meaningful change is only possible when people are at the centre.

I hold a Master’s in Design for Social Innovation, where my thesis explored Complex Systems Design for Social Innovation in Aotearoa. Alongside my consulting work, I’m also a certified trauma-sensitive yoga teacher, bringing a wellbeing lens to how we approach systems, services, and change.
